Group 500 HDMI output

Hi all,

The thing is that our customer just bought Group 500 and they want connect HDMI 1 output to video matrix, but after doing this they can‘t see any video then.

We think, that G500 uses HDCP, EDID or something similar. Is it right? The question is, how to turn off all HDMI output security protocols?

They tried all resolutions and nothing worked. Video matrix works well with other devices.
