Group 500 Lync Enterprise Voice Issue

Hi All,

I have a customer with two RPG500s both 4.3.0 registered as Enterprise Voice users in their Lync deployment. Both 500s give presence and allow Lync video calls but voice calls fail. outgoing calls from the Group show cause #127 interworking unspecified and incoming calls alert on the Group but can't be answered - Lync reports error 480 unavailable with text "The routing rules did not result in a final response for PSTN caller and non-UM enabled callee". The customers Lync deployment does not use normalised numbers and I believe the Group's only support normalised numbers, would the above be a reult of this?
