H.323 Disabled

SIP Enabled - Using Skype

 

Issue: When dialing into a CMS bridge from the Group 500, we receive Audio and Content, but we do not receive video from any of the other attendees (Blue screen with a line through a camera). However, people using Jabber, Skype, or Polycom Mobile, receive all 3.

 

I find it wired I can see video from the Polycom Mobile app (using H.323), but not the 500. Does the 500 need to be on H.323? Can we use Skype as a SIP and still achieve the results we want?
