Group 500 Series connects to Webex but no audio and video
I have basically studied the answers provided for this problem but none seems to work for me.
I do connect to Cisco webex meetings but then its without audio or video. At the bottom of the screen is a locked padlock. My SIP registration status shows Registered. SIP registration server is on Skype for Business.H.323 gatekeeper is off.
I need help in getting Cisco Webex meetings show video and audio (inbound and outbound) working.
