Good day!
The Touch Control is not connected to Group 500 . Toucg Control display shows the message "unable to connect to groups of 500."
Touch Control and Group 500 are physically connected to a switch one. Are in the same subnet.
Version Group 500 - 4.0.2-40451
Touch Control version - 4.0.2-40451
What could be the problem?

The Touch Control should have its own IP address, either DHCP or static.  It does not matter if they are on the same subnet as long as there is connectivity between the subnets.

When you attempt to pair the PTC to the GS 500 are you entering the GS500 admin password correctly? A typo here will prevent it from pairing.  Also I recommend upgrading both the panel and the GS500 to the latest software 4.1.1.1.  There have been many improvements and resolved issues.

Also make sure the Polycom Touch Control has the RealPresence Group series software and not the HDX software on it.

The Polycom Touch Control hardware is the same (except for the logo, the one designed for HDX has the triangle logo, the GS has the circle logo) but you can load either HDX or Group Series software on either of them.

The release notes for the software details the correct Touch Control software which must be used.
