Hi, we currently are using a GroupSeries 500 conected to a IP7000 (we where previously with a microphone connected to the GS500 and used the standalone IP7000 for SIP calls). The problem we encountered now is that we have trouble mixing SIP and the regular video calls in one. We have locations that use Groups 300 and some that dont and conect via SIP.

While the videconference is up, if we make a call to the SIP of the Group 500 all video is lost, audio is kept for all sides. IF we call to the SIP of the IP7000 instead, video keeps working but we have tons of issues with echo and noise feedback. Today during our tests, during what i discribed as example 1 (no video, but audio working OK on all sides) one of us called with the polycom real prescense mobile and he joined the call and made the video work again. So we had it working as intended but we dont know why it did, why it doesnt work like that since the begining, etc.

Any help would be apreciated.

Thanks.

Hello PHSIT

A good starting point is usually to verify the software versions involved. The SSIP requires UCS 4.0.x

I recommend UCS 4.0.7

Forgot to include the software versions. The IP 7000 is using Release - 4.1.3.2-200003

The IP7000 4.0.7.2514.

Since we had it working im preatty sure the system can do it, its just a matter of figuring why it isnt doing it as a default reaction.

Thanks.

UP!

P.D: We had it working once. Right now we can make a video call with a user only thru voice but he recieve a lot of eco. We can perform this if we add the user thru the sip account on the ip 7000. If we add a voice call on a conference thru the group 500 its like everything gets minimize.

Thanks for the help!
