Hello,

Well i just setup my first real presence group 500 on a single 55" inches TV. We own multiple HDX 7000, VSX 7000&5000 and i must say that at the moment i am not a big fan !  BUT, maybe i'm the problem and i hope you can help me out !

My main concern is the display of a call on the monitor, i would like for the call to use the whole screen but it is just using a part of it. I tried it with vsx 7000 and HDX 700 and i got the same result. I would like the FAR CALL to be on full screen mode and the local camera to use a small rectangular view in the botton corder (just like on the hdx).  Actually, the far call use maybe 40 % of the screen and the local camera is right under it, maybe half the size .... it's weird having 60 % black ....

Sorry for the poor english but i speak french i hope you will understand !

And please help, i'm about to through them out the window ... at the moment i can't beleive a trusted my reseller without trying a demo first .... if i had known, i would have stick wit hthe hdx 7000 !!

thank you all
