Buying second hand is of course a risc, but that's the business I'm in.


The serial number of this unit: 82132040B2D9CV


I'm now updating to s/w version 4.1.5 Hope that that will make some difference.
When I Googeled this problem I found also some posts about Group700 with the same issue and also s/w version 4.1.# So maybe it has something to do with that version?

Hello @Conferencing4All,

The unit used to belong to a bank in your country of residence and only two tickets where ever opened on it.


The last one in 2014 and nothing with the issue you describe.
