Hello,

 

I have had a few schools that have had Group 700's fail due to power outages/surges. Is this common to happen to these units? It seems quite silly that the Group 500's dont fail as often even when the teachers rip the power cord out of the wall. Has anyone seen this? Is there any documents out there explaining this?
