Good evening all, we have a entry in our LDAP directory we want to remove from favouries on our RPG700 which we cannot edit (fair enough) OR delete (not fair enough). I found this in support:
Article 30175 reports this starting in 6.0.1 with: 'The bug is being worked out by development team'. We are now on 6.1.1 no progress or i do accept i may have missed something. It's more frustrating than the team may realize, short of a full factory reset i don't see how i can shed it and leave it to the users but they continually select the wrong destination even though I've gotten creative in the description (which doesn't help on systems which SHOULD use it).
Any help/update appreciated.

Wow did i drop that ball sorry, until it was raised as an issue again :)
Can't figure out how to get a link happening but it's in the Knowledge Base, specifically while the LDAP server is accessible it is listing contacts we added to the favorites, and there is no option to delete them. Only way of stopping them appearing is to disable the LDAP access, which isn't a reasonable step to take.
On GS, since upgrading to 6.0 and 6.0.1, we cannot delete Favourites added from LDAP directory, via the WebUI Article ID: 30175 Last Modified Date: 02-16-2017 Article View: Partner, Internal, Public
