Is there a way to hide meeting details on a Group 310 with Calendaring enabled?

I understand the "Private" meeting option in outlook but that is not our workflow.  We are looking to do something similar to what the TRIOs are able to do and hide all meeting details except for the organizer.

Thanks

Sean

Hello Sean,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

I suggest you check the Group Series Admin Guide under the section:

  • To configure the Calendaring Service:

It shows:

  • Show Information for Meetings Set to Private

If the above does not do what you are after please open a feature request.

Got it.  Thanks, Steffen.

Your response doesn't address my issue but I will put in a feature request as directed.

This unfortunately halts any future roll out of the Group in our environment.

Thanks

Sean

We have the same meeting requirements here at our company. Our Executives only want to see the Meeting Organizer and the Join button on the calendar. No participants or meeting details should be able to be viewed. Options like the Trio has to hide this information would be perfect.
