Loving the new 5.x firmware on our group series 300's - the ability to use office 265 for calendar and enabling Lync app/desktop sharing natively has really helped.

However we have one unit that will not show Lync shared content - the only difference between this unit and any of teh others that are working is that it has the Dual Monitor option enabled. No matter what settings I choose from the admin interface for the monitors it refuses to show any content.

Is this a known bug with the 5.x firmware, group series 300 and multiple monitors?

Thanks,

Mark Blackburn

There is no known issue that I am aware of.

Make sure your monitor settings are set to auto for both monitors and see what happens for that.
