I have multiple Group Series 500 running 6.14 or 6.13 software.

We schedule the "online" meetings via outlook so the Join button activates on the touch panel, when we use the Join button on touch panel it will ring and ring, then we receive a "Call Failed" message. Every once and a while we get lucky and it will connect the meeting.

Others connected to the meeting can see the Group Series trying to join the meeting when it is ringing. We can manually create a meeting via the New Meeting Button on the touch screen and create the meeting this way. We can call the room and manually answer the call. Just when we use the "Join" button the touch screen is when it will not connect.

Anyone have any ideas?

Got this response from an expert in this area:

There could be many reasons why the customer is seeing this issue, if it’s dual registered or H.323 is also enabled I would check the dialing preference is set to SIP.

make sure all the diagnostics show green...

Also make sure your Realpresence touch is updated to the firmware which corresponds to the 6.13 and 6.14 code

Also make sure if dual-registered, your DMA dial plan is good,..it could be trying something in the DMA and failing..you can put the conference ID in there and test it to see if/how it fails
