Group Series 500 and Skype for Business Online Interoperability

Hi Good People,

 

I seem not to be able to register a new GS500 with S4b online. System logs show the following line "error_status: 16 model: "Unknown" version: """ What Could be happening?. 

 

The Device keeps failing Registration. 

 

Additionally I see from the System Diagnostic that a certain MS IP rejected the registration.

 

For the records the GS uis running version 6.2.1.1 and I have also Approved Consent for the For Skype for Business Online on the Office365.

 

I have attached logs and screenshot

 

Any Ideas Guys?. I am really getting worked out here

Did you ever find a reason or a solution for this? I am experiencing the exact same issue with my Series 500 and trying to set it up for Skype.
