Hi,

I am encountering issues with GS 500 (version 6.1) when joining a Webex Conference. I only received black video on the GS end, when I checked the video received on call statistics, packet received is only "1" one. Call is encrypted, I tried disabling AES on GS since Webex allow encrypted and non-encrypted call. Call was successful Video/Audio received.

 

We also have HDX (version 3.1.15), but it was able to connect successfully Video/Audio received even when AES is on.

 

Both GS and HDX is registered via DMA.

 

I tried another GS (dont remember the version). Registered to DMA and AES is on. Connecting to Webex was also successful.

 

Can someone help me on this one?
