We have an issue with GroupSeries and Centro terminals (we have about 25 terminals) :
Sometimes microphones are stuck on mute position, impossible to unmute with remote control, the only way is to do it with web interface. Is it a known issue ?

Just a quick question...How often do you reboot your equipment? I have found that if I do regular reboots that my mics don't exhibit those issues...
