Group Series / Centro - impossible to unmute with remote control during a call

Hello,

We have an issue with GroupSeries and Centro terminals (we have about 25 terminals) :

Sometimes microphones are stuck on mute position, impossible to unmute with remote control, the only way is to do it with web interface. Is it a known issue ?

 Software version : 6.1.7.2-510016

Just a quick question...How often do you reboot your equipment? I have found that if I do regular reboots that my mics don't exhibit those issues...

I reboot my terms only if something goes wrong
