I'm having issues using the API for commands to dial a recent call. I am using a Crestron control system to control a Group 500 and trying to mimic various features of the Polycom touch panel. I have successfully polled the codec for the recent calls and have parsed the info for the name, time, incoming/outgoing data, etc. but it doesn't seem to provide a dialing number. Am I missing a simple command in the API somewhere? Thanks.
Hello Nbess,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .
In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

I am working remotely on severa devices in different cities. I believe the tech on site updated to the lateset version of UC software. I'm using the document labeled "INTEGRATOR REFERENCE GUIDE 6.1.0 | February 2017 | 3725-63708-009A" and I already searched the forum for other people with the same issue. The closest I found was from 3 years ago and it did not have a resolution. http://community.polycom.com/t5/Video-Endpoints/Group-API-for-recent-calls/m-p/52886/highlight/true#...
I don't believe there is any error in the codecs, it's just commands that I cannot find in this document. I just need a way to send a command to dial one of the recent calls entries. Thanks.
