[Group Series] Speed Dial grayed out

Hello, I have a few GS 500s and I added speed dials on the admin page of each systm.  However, I cannot seem to find them when I'm in the room and using the RPtouchpad. I looked on the admin page of each GS 500 and see "Enable Speed Dial" but it is grayed out.  I'm assuming I need to check that box so users can view the speed dials on the home screen.  How to I enable speed dial and why is the feature grayed out?  All of the GS500s are on firmware version 6.2.2.6-650033.  Screen attached.  Thanks!

Found the issue.  System Mode had "Enable Skype Mode" checked.  I unchecked that and was then able to check "Enable Speed Dial".  Screen shot attached.
