Re: Group series 310 SIP registration failed Office 365

Hello @Ismail CIL ,

Welcome back to the Poly community.

None of your old post(s) or reply(s) to them => here <= have ever been updated aka are still open/pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provide some form of feedback or answer.

If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.

Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate?

If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilize the community more efficiently. Please do not simply mark them without any type of feedback.

For your new issue both the FAQ and the 1st read explain the minimum required details, we would need any of us to try and help.

As an example:

  • Is this a day 1 issue?
  • Do you have the relevant Skype license for the GroupSeries?

Best Regards

Steffen Baier

Re: Group series 310 SIP registration failed Office 365

Hello Steffen,

I'll review our historical messages and provide updates. Thank you for your warning.

As for our problem;

We had a Group 700 device. We can register on this device with our Skype for Business online account. However, we did not register, although all settings are the same as the group 700 in our newly purchased Group 310.

I have Skype license for Group series 310. Calendering service is registering. But I can't register with SIP account. The error I received was "The system was unable to sign in to the Skype for Business server. Please verify your logon credantials and try again". Please review attachment. I'm trying to register with same Skype account on GS 700 and GS 310. GS 700 succeeds, but GS 310 fails.

I thought there would be a problem with IP access and I defined the IP address of the running GS 700 to the GS 310. However, the situation has not changed. I can sign-in with my account to SFB client. I think this could be a version problem. How should I proceed?

Hi @Ismail CIL

I cannot troubleshoot customer issues. Other volunteers can try and help but the quickest route would be to open a ticket via your reseller with Poly support.

Best Regards
