Hi Team,

We purchased a Group series 500 with 2 TV's and a Pano for content sharing.

The system is integrated with Skype for Business 2015 (the group series has a valid license installed)

When we do a conference call in between Lync clients on Laptops and the group series, either the video stream is shown or the content stream. But displaying both on the clients is not possible.

Is there a setting for this or is Polycom planing on developing content and Video stream for Lync clients?

The Group series is running version - 6.1.7.2-510016

The Lync clients are 2016

Thank You

Hi @Sebastian1,

so you do an ad-hoc SfB-call? At this point this works as designed. In an ad-hoc call the Group is not able to send both, video AND content stream to other participants. The video-stream gets "killed" and therefore content-stream takes part.

You should schedule a SfB-meeting, then it´s possible.

Sorry for the very late reply, I never realised someone actually replied.

Just to get this right, currently with all our meetings we just dial the other party or parties and give them a call.

To schedule a meeting, how will this work? Is it just scheduling this within Outlook? And how do I then initiate the call so it is not an ad-hoc call?

Thank You
