I apologize for my poor English.
We have Real Presense Group 500 controlled by TouchControl with firmware 4.1.3-111080
And we have a problem when some device (for example, PC) connected as input with HDMI cable (but "Show content" is turned off).
We have a videoconference with three points. There are three windows with video communication on the screen (our point ant two more cities). All right. But if I change layout with touchcontrol, all windows disappear and there is only one window with our video located at right bottom place. But audio still goes on.
I try to turn different layouts, but it doesn't help untill the videoconferense would be restarted.
If HDMI cable is not plugged - there are no such problems.
