I am trying to connect to my GnuGk gatekeeper using Real Presence for Mac. In Real Presence for 

Mac my SIP is showing active while the H323 is showing an "Unavailable Resource Unknown" error. 

 

My alias and extensions are also included in the Real Presence Settings.

 

Is this a bug or is there an issue with the configuration of hte gatekeeper?

Hello ikigaihono,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .

In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.

Also include the Mac OS you are using and if there is any firewall involved.

 

I do not believe we tested  RPD against this gatekeeper so maybe take a wireshark trace as well so you can analyze the traffic.
