HDX 6000-----Call Detail Report Problem

HDX 6000( v3.0.2.1 )has only three records ,Even EP call a lot of times.

 

 

What is problem with EP?

Has the machine been reset or lost power at any point in time about 3 calls ago?

I reset the unit,it is ok now,but can we edit the CDR OF EP,or deleting the CDR?Please give some advices,thanks.

It is not possible to edit the CDR - one point I will add: I do advise to set the system time either manually or via NTP.
