Hi all,

 

I have many HDX 6000 HD, with version 3.0.2.1-17007 and 3.0.3.1-19040; and all devices are managed by Cisco Telepresence Management Suite.

 

This devices lost the SNMP and Administration Server configuration and in Cisco TMS, we can't check is the device is in Call, Idle,...

 

In some HDX6000 the SNMP is configured fine, but in Administratior Server is wrong.

 

I don't find any Bugs in the Release Notes.

 

Could you help me?

We would have to examine the HDX log files to see if the HDX is transmitting the SNMP.  I suggest opening a Service Request with Polycom Support .
