Hello,

we're creating integration with Hdx 6000 HD and testing with device with "Release - 3.1.1.3-36019" firmware.

If there is a incoming call then hdx sends notification

notification:callstatus:incoming:36:Name:name@sip.com:ringing:1920:0:videocall

When the call is accepted, there is next similar notification

notification:callstatus:incoming:36:name@sip.com:name@sip.com:ringing:1920:0:videocall

This duplication makes problem with event handling in higher app tier. Is such behavior feature or bug? Is there any possibility to change it?

Thank you for your response.

Best Regards

Robert

Hello Robert,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I have moved this post here as you may get more attention.

If this worked prior to upgrading the Unit to the version I would suggest to raise this directly via your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
