Dears,

 

We are using HDX 6000 VC (Software Version:Release - 3.1.8-49137), and trying to call scopia XT5000 version 8.3.2, just Audio working.

I'm doing test with 71.14.2.157 and working normally

any ideas ?!

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Usually the HDX release notes would contain information what kind of interoperability testing which was done.

 

Looking at eth 3.1.8 release notes => here <= it lists:

 

  • Radvision Scopia XT5000 3.0.122

The next step would be to troubleshoot as explained in the Video FAQ here:

 

  • un 21,2014 Question: Are there specific Ports in my firewall that I need to open in order to utilize video conferencing?

    Answer: Please check the relevant release notes or admin guide for your device under the section “Inbound and Outbound Ports” or "Port usage" => here <=.

    In addition check this FAQ post => here <= for more details and troubleshooting suggestions.

 

  • Jun 21,2014 Question: What could be causing one way video or one way audio when utilizing video conferencing?

    Answer: Please check the relevant release notes or admin guide for your device under the section “Inbound and Outbound Ports” or "Port usage" => here <= in order to open the relevant firewall ports.
