Hi,

We have three HDX 7000 which are registered with H.323 to Cisco VCS Expressway.

H.460 traversal is enabled in Polycom and when endpoints are registered with H.460 everything works fine.

Problem is that after reboot H.460 is missing. Cisco Expressway shows this in it's registration information page.

Tcpdump shows that Signaling traversal feature is missing from featureset in RAS registrationrequest.

So it seems that HDX does not tell that it is H.460 aware after reboot.

When we disable H.460 from HDX web page and then enable it again then H.460 comes back and everything works.

best regards

I have a vague feeling I remember something like this in an HDX S/W Release Note.  Are you using V3.0.5 HDX s/w?  If not, upgrade.

Forgot to mention, we have SW version 3.0.5-22695

Ah! So it's a bug that there is a simple fix for but Polycom Tech Services should be alerted. Polycom?

If it is an issue that can always be replicated the correct way forward is to raise a Ticket via your Reseller with Polycom support.
