 anyone can tell me, HDX 7000 is HDCP enable product? if is it than how to disable it???

I think they might be talking about High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP; commonly, though incorrectly, referred to as High-Definition Copy(right) Protection) not DHCP. Though if it can be clarified for us.

High-Bandwidth Digital Content, HDCP, is a method of digital rights management (DRM) used in some DVI-D and all HDMI implementations. This is a technology used by content providers, such as movie studios, to protect the copyrights of their media (e.g. DVD’s).  The media itself specifically controls whether or not the mechanism is enabled.
 
The Polycom® HDX® Series systems do not support content protection on either input or output.
