when call higher than 128K (eg. 256K or 384K) after connecting it said downspeeding then the call drops, the problem facing with international calls & local calls.

Without examining the logs it is almost impossible to say.

 

Please call your Polycom support center and report the problem and they will help you gather the necessary information for a determination on the issue.

 

It could be anything from not enough digital lines in the call path to errors on the lines to equipment issues.

 

If it happens on only specific calls I would start with the communications company to look at the path.  If it is all calls I would trouble shoot by moving the BRIs around and testing each set as the first 2 since you do not have issues with 128kbps calls.
