Hello rajeshs33,

 

did you follow up and use the MAC Address as highlighted now multiple times from the Serial and assign a IP Address via DHCP?

 

Yes or No?

 

Can you browse to the assigned IP Address and access the Web Interface?

 

Yes or No?

 

If you really struggle with above you should contact your local Polycom Reseller or Polycom Support directly as the Community Forum is not a replacement for the usual Polycom Support Process.
