Greetings All,

I just installed an HDX 7000 in a conference room.  Everything is working great except for a slight issue.  I have a computer configured to deliver content to the Polycom via the DVI port.  I’m running video and audio out of the computer via HDMI to a 2X4 switcher (SIIG CE-H20Q11-S1).  From one of the outputs of the switcher I then go to an HDMI Scaler with analogue audio out (Atlona AT-HD560DVI) via an HDMI to DVI-D cable.  What shows up on the content view is correct except for the fact that the image is whited out a bit.  I have set the resolution at 1080p/60 which I thought was what the input on the Polycom wanted but no dice.  I adjusted brightness and contrast but these aren’t issues when connecting to other HDMI devices.

HDMI from the Atlona device to a HDTV works fine.

Any suggestions?
