a HDX 7000 of a costumer is not able to call a cisco mcu, Oher calls work fine. Call is not established, CMA sees a call with no destination and endpoints says (destination unreachable). As any other foreign endpoint seems to works there is something wrong in routing or filtering. Any suggestions?
Hello Frank Hübner,
as already replied to your other post from today it is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
Not mentioning the software version of any of the products involved is not a good practise as depending on the product and the software version it is running it may simply not be supported.
Yourself or others can double check these details against current software release notes.
Again like in your other post you really have not provided any detailed information about the call flow or what kind of call this is we cannot really comment.
We would need to look at some traces or logs but this is outside the scope for myself as a Polycom employee via the community I can only ask you to either provide more details or open a Polycom support ticket so we can verify this.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
