My HDX 7000 camera is showing black&white. I'm able to see color, but other participants can only see me in black&white.

If you can see your local camera image fine, then it should be a problem on the far site.

To check that, you could initiate testcalls to

VTCTest 71.14.2.157 or 71.14.2.158

Ah, ok. Have you already checked the cables from and to the camera ??

HP Recommended

already done that!

cables are mounted in the same position as always.

what else can it be?

HP Recommended

Unplug the cables and have a look at the pins. Maybe some of them are damaged

HP Recommended

Ì will do that also, and gave a feedback.

If this is the cause, the solution will be to change the cable between camera and server?

Thank you verry much for your answers.

Black and white always happens when you are having problems on:

- TV input  (to CAMERA)

- CAMERA output (to TV)

- VIDEO cable
