Hi
i installed recently A new Polycom  HDX 7000 and I tested it was working fine but a few hours later I founded the device isn’t responding  and in  the turning on button light  blinking only and it is not waking up

and i have checked all the cable and power cable connected, see the Video

pls help

What is your camera setup. Single EagleEye III or EagleEye Director? Are you using the original 10 ft/3 m cable? Do you have a control unit like a Crestron or AMX controller?

It sounds like the remote and the codec may not be on the same channel. 

 

See the Admin Guide for how to set the channel.  The default setting, also the universal setting, is channel 3.

Yes my friend we are using the original cable with package and the camera is Single EagleEye III

How it is possible to use remote or admin sitting because the device when i plug in the power cable  it is not starting only the light is blinking and making sound like click even i press start button

You don't happen to have a Polycom Touch Controller (PTC) attached or registered to the HDX?

Did you ever find a solution for this issue? We also have a Polycom HDX7000 that is not waking up from hybernation.
