I have the HDX 7000 room system and the array microphone stopped working.  I replaced the mic and the cable.  is there a setting in the HDX that might have disabled the mic?  I did not see anything in there that would do this but maybe I am missing something.  Or does this just sound like a bad port on the motherboard of the 7000?

Hi Jeff.

The only thing I can see is Admin Settings>Audio Enable Polycom Mic checkbox.  Alternately, we have known customers to insert mic Walta cables in upside down.  It is possible.

Or, as you say,  HDX motherboard Walta connector is blown.  An outside risk when you hot plug HDX peripherals.
