HDX 7000 not accepting incoming call

Hi all

 

This is a recent installation ,before we performed a system reset after issues with a password the end point was receiving calls then after the reset i can only dial out . Someone advised me to turn NAT on ,i did , the problem continues .  I then discovered in h.323 settings the display h.323 box was unticked . Ticked still the problem persists . PLEASE help where do find the h.323 extension or if its created  how do i create .

Try with the system on basic mode,put your system on basic mode from web>network>call prefrence>basic mode/dignostic mode.
