Hi All

My polcom HDX 7000 after a while (more recently) switches within 45minutes to an hour. it waas running on a software 2.6.1.3 I think but i know it was in that kind of region. after it switches off, the system would not power up again with the blue light flickering in periods of 3 to 5 seconds. After removing the power cable and letting the unit sit with absolutely no power for about an hour, I plug the power back in and the unit will power up again. and it continuously does this. Just installed software 3.1.4 now but checked the error logs and it was saying:

2012-08-03 10:48:24 CRITICAL watchdogd: proc 5 not responding
2012-08-03 10:48:28 CRITICAL watchdogd: proc 5 not responding

And the unit just did it again after updating the software. left it about 30 minutes and it's off, flickers the blue light and will not power up again

Hello Adie87,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Your attached log shows a 2.6.1.3 release.

I would suggest you contact Polycom support so we can look at the whole log.
