I have an HDX 7000 in a remote office and it will not allow me to update a single setting via the  browser.  Any idea's as to what would cause this.  I need to update the gatekeeper address under IP Network. I have 6 other HDX 7000's in other offices and all of them allow me to update setting via the web UI.

Hard to say but I am assuming you are getting access to the unit and either you know the password (recommended) or it does not have one on the Administrator's access.

The thing that could be stopping it is if it is controlled by CMA/XMA, they then have control of the configurations.
