In HDX-7000 we are not able to view far end image,But far end system pepole can view your image.

Sounds a bit like you have a single monitor system with Monitor 2 enabled & your far end video is going there.

If it is a single monitor system go to Admin>Monitors & Set Monitor 1 to display Near Far & Content & turn Dual Monitor Emulation ON.

Then go to next page & turn off Monitor 2.

If it's a Dual Monitor System Go Admin>Monitors & set Monitor 1 to Near & Far Video.

Go to next page & set Monitor 2 On & tick Near Far & Content.

Need some more info really. is this an IP call.. is the issue network related when in a call? do you have 2 screens?

Dear Check the bandwidth of your link .
If the bandwidth is too law , it cant recieve the video from the far site . So try to reduce default bandwidth setting of Transmission and Reception speed of a call  to some what like 256 k and try . It will give you display but you need to increase your bandwidth .
