We have a new HDX 8000, in the first use and after switch-on and connecting other equipements ( Eagle eye camera, microphone ) but there is no display on datashow or PC connected as output !! ;

we try to connect by web page but no result also .

Is there someone to give use an idea for accessing to HDX8000 for the first configuration .

Hello DTI,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

Do you see anything on the screen connected to the HDX ?

 

Usually the display signal on a HDX is DVI and your screen must support this. You can change the output signal.

Jun 23,2014 Question: How can I change the video output signal on a HDX system?

Answer: Pressing the display button on the remote for more than 2 seconds will provide an option to toggle between the relevant signals (VGA, Component etc.)

 

For further support please contact the Polycom reseller who sold the HDX to you.
