One of our customer Camoplast Solideal has issue with content sharing with LifeSize bridge,

Below are the details of the two system that they use for video conferencing:

LifeSize Express 220 - Firmware LS_EX2_4.11.9 (8)

Polycom HDX 8000 - Firmware 3.0.0.1-14006

LifeSize Bridge 2200 LS_BR1_2.3.0 (37)

Current Issues experiencing:

Multi-point video conferencing the Polycom HDX 8000 which is configured to Monitor 1 doesn't receive the presentation (I can see the message "receive content" that far end presenter sending presentation). Simply the left layout on the Monitor 1 goes blank (dark).

Current no issue:

Point-to-point video conferencing the Polycom and LifeSize can present each other the content with no problems.

I would really appreciate your support to find the problem as to why this problematic during a multi-point video conferencing.

I look forward to your support.

Hello Kithnuwan,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

You should always check against the current Release notes if the setup / software versions you are using for your third party interoperability have been tested.

In addition the HDX release you are using is rather old. I would suggest you upgrade to a current release.

Last question to give others a chance to help you troubleshoot would be to provide if this is a SIP or H323 call.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
