Some HDX 8000 Monitors go black for a few seconds and then recover. The call does not drop. Has anyone else experienced the some problem?
I will appreciate any help.
The HDX 8000 software version is 3.1.6. The customer has quite a lot HDX 8000 systems. The problem is very disturbing annoying because int he middle of the conference the screen goes black for about 6-8 seconds. And this happens at about half an hour intervals.
Nobody experienced this problem before?

Is this the monitor losing the signal on your end aka a Monitor issue or have you tested another monitor yet ?
Does it help if you press any buttons that would usually bring up the GUI or is the screen completely blank ?
Does the other end in the conference also experience this or is this only on your side?
Have you yet checked the logs yet ?

During a multi-point conference, this problem happened only on one participant's monitor. But some other time it happened on another. There is no time to press any buttons because it recovers itself.
I checked the monitor's settings and de-activated the "Power Save" feature. I will observe it for some time. I hope this helps.

I heard that there is patch to correct this black screen issue on HDX 8000 system. Do you know anything about this patch?
