I have a similar but different issue.
I am still able to make calls and can hear the audio play back to me from a test site (18.104.22.168), so my unit is still configured. however my codec is not outputting any video.
I've tried different displays and am out of ideas.
I tried your suggestion for the above issue, this did not work for this problem.
