HDX 8000 and Lync Online(Office 365)

Dear. Community members.

 

I used HDX 8000 and Lync Online..

If possible, I want to connect or collaborate each other.

 

So, I looking for solutions or documents for it.

 

I need your help

The HDX is not supported for direct registration to O365 environments yet.  The HDX would need to register to an on-premises Lync Server deployment and then via federation calls can be placed to/from the device with Lync Online user accounts (limited to VGA resolution though).

Has there been any change in this supportability with HDX/Group Series with Office 365 Lync?  If not yet, any projected timeline?
