HDX 8000 stuck on splash screen

Hi

 

I have a HDX8000 stuck on the splace screen. I was factory resetting and I lost power.

 

I have tried to reset it again with turning it on and holding down reset button for 25 seconds but that didnt work either.

 

Any ideas on how I could reset it?

You have unfortunately not provided any history on this device aka if this is brand new or years old.

 

There are plenty of options in the search results and as a final step I can only ask you to work with your Polycom reseller to bring this to the attention of Polycom support.
