HDX 8000 switch to another call (CRITICAL)

During the ongoing conference HDX 8000 switched to another conference without disconnection.

 

System details: HDX 8000 HD Rev :B

Release - 3.0.3.1-19040

No Multiparty licence installed

 

MCU 01  Details: Cisco telepresence MCU 4520 

Software version 4.4(3.42)

Build 6.18

Media Processing load 12% (Video-12%,Audio-16%)

 

MCU 02  Details: Cisco telepresence MCU 4520 

Software version 4.4(3.42)

Build 6.18

Media Processing load 12% (Video-12%,Audio-16%)

 

On running conference in MCU01 we mistakenly dial to HDX system from MCU02  then call got connected to MCU02 without any notification.

You called from the MCU to a HDX ?

 

Why would you not open a support ticket with Cisco on this?
