HDX 8000 system connection to TMS

My company was bought last year and we have 18 HDX8000 units.  The company that bought us uses a Cisco Telepresence Management Suite with several Tandbergs.  Since their directory is quite large, I do not want to put each entry in 18 times.  Is there a way to connect to the TMS and allow the TMS to upload and maintain a current directory?

Most of my HDX units are at version 3.0.1, with a couple of them on earlier versions.  I am currently in the process of upgrading them to the 3.0.4 version.  Does version release have something to do with it?

Thanks for any response, this will save me quite a bit of work.

Hello Jason,

The Release notes for our 3.0.4 indicates the products that have been tested for compatibility with Cisco TMS 1.7.2. It should interoperate with its directory by connecting to the TMS via the Gatekeeper section, please let us know if you are running into any problems.
