Hi All,

 

Our customer has several HDX 8004 systems with version 3.1.6.0. The monitors go black for a few seconds during a conference call and then comes back. The call continues with the sound on during that time. This happens periodically about every half an hour. 

 

Has anyone experienced the same issue? I would be grateful for any help.
