Hi, guys.


I'm having serious problem to use a Polycom HDX videoconference behind a Juniper SSG-5 firewall. The polycom endpoint ssems to receive the call, but it's not possible to take it, it  keeps calling and never connects indeed. Is there some kind of specific configuration to use in the Juniper? I already use the Polycom in another networks and firewalls, and only behind this Juniper it has problems.
Does any of you had this kind of problem or heard something about?
